The Big Baltimore Kite Fest is blowing back into Patterson Park Saturday, April 2 from 12-4pm, hosted by Creative Alliance & the Friends of Patterson Park! Highlandtown Main Street is partnering to share food specials from local businesses that you can take to the event.
